such as braided line, hooks, clips, weight stops, etc. Everything for any rig there is and what type of line, mono and weight etc.

Thank you.

I am an amateur fisherman and my cousin has only just shown me carp rigs, which are more fish friendly and easier to catch safely and more positively with.

Here’s the EASIEST rig to use for carp, it’s called the "Carolina rig".

All you need is,
1.) assorted sizes of egg sinkers depending on the current, make sure to have egg sinkers from 1/4oz – 2oz always ready.
2.) a good variety of hooks, most of your hooks should be baitholder style #6, #4, and #2 sizes.
3.) some good 2-way swivels, make sure to have a lot on hand.
4.) some leader material, 12lb berkley big game clear works fine.

Slide your egg sinker onto your line, tie on a swivel, add a 12" leader of line, and tie your hook. Very simple.
